Rachel's passion for learning, problem solving, and understanding what drives people inspired her to partner with Cheryl to form Innovera Solutions in 2023. Rachel's broad range of experience across the medtech and pharmaceutical industries includes work in product development, sales, marketing, market and user research, design thinking, clinical research, and human factors engineering. Her areas of focus include conducting ethnographic studies, identifying unmet needs, developing strategic insights using qualitative market research, utilizing design thinking to inform product and market strategy, and conducting formative usability testing. Prior to her work with Innovera, Rachel spent five years at Boston Scientific where she formed a Portfolio Design department to drive organizational prioritization of market research to inform strategic decision-making at all stages of product development.
Jarrod is a medical device and healthcare technology marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, health tech, and healthcare SaaS markets. Jarrod is adept at developing go-to-market strategies, product development, commercialization strategy, launch planning, and lead generation. Throughout his career, Jarrod has led both upstream and downstream marketing organizations. Jarrod holds a BS in Marketing from Purdue University Fort Wayne and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
